| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu společnosti Saint-Gobain Vertex, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována charakteristice a popisu předmětu a účelu finanční analýzy a také jejím metodám a základním oblastem. V další části následuje provedení praktické finanční analýzy na základě využití základních účetních výkazů společnosti Saint-Gobain Vertex, s.r.o. za období 2004 - 2008. V závěru práce je uvedeno zhodnocení provedené finanční analýzy a také návrh vhodných řešení pro zlepšení současné finanční situace podniku. |

| Abstract: | The assignment is focused on financial analysis of the Saint-Gobain Vertex ltd. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with characteristic and description of the purpose, methods and basic spheres of financial analysis. The second part consists of a particular financial analysis based on essential financial statements of the Saint-Gobain Vertex ltd. in time 2004 - 2008. The conclusion summarizes the financial analysis and also suggests useful solution for successful improvement of the contemporary financial situation of the company. |
