| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na aktuální problém trhu práce v ČR, konkrétně na strukturální nezaměstnanost. Cílem práce bude analýza jednotlivých faktorů ovlivňujících strukturální nezaměstnanost vybraného regionu v ČR, zjištění do jaké míry je schopný predikovat vývoj těchto faktorů a jaké nástroje použít na snížení strukturální nezaměstnanosti. V první části se zaměřím na vymezení základních pojmů, jako je nabídka a poptávka po práci, vymezení a druhy nezaměstnanosti. Zmíněna bude také státní politika zaměstnanosti v ČR a její nástroje. V druhé části obecně charakterizuji postavení vybraného okresu v ekonomické a demografické oblasti, provedu již zmíněnou analýzu, zmapuji vývoj míry nezaměstnanosti v posledních letech, hlavní aktéry na poptávkové straně trhu práce, dále strukturu nezaměstnanosti (např. dle věku, pohlaví, vzdělání) a strukturu zaměstnanosti podle odvětvové klasifikace ekonomických činností OKEČ a CZ-NACE (od 1.1.2008). Pro analýzu budou použita empirická data ze statistické ročenky Jihočeského kraje, odborná literatura a data poskytnutá tamějším Úřadem práce. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis focuses on current problems of the labour market in the Czech republic, namely the structural unemployment. The aim of the work will be to analyze the various factors affecting the structural unemployment in the selected region of the CR, finding to what extent it is able to predict the evolution of these factors and what tools to use to reduce structural unemployment. The first part will focus on the fundamental concepts such as supply and demand for labor, the definition and types of unemployment. Also mentioned the state employment policy in the Czech republic and its instruments. In the second part of the general characteristics of the district selected position in the economic and demographic areas, perform the aforementioned analysis, mapping the evolution of unemployment in recent years, the main actors on the demand side of labor, the structure of unemployment (such as age, sex, education) and the structure employment under the sectoral classification of economic activities OKEČ and CZ - NACE (from 1.1.2008). Will be used for the analysis of empirical data from the Statistical Yearbook, literature and data supplied by Labour office. |
