| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na regulaci pojistného trhu. Nejprve uvádí vysvětlení a obecné důvody pro regulaci v pojišťovnictví. Dále se zabývá vývojem regulace a její současnou podobou v podmínkách České republiky i v rámci Evropské unie. Podrobněji popisuje problematiku projektu Solvency II. Uvádí i současně řešenou otázku dalšího zvyšování kapitálových požadavků na pojišťovny. |

| Abstract: | The work is focused on regulation of the insurance market. Firstly it introduces an explication and general reasons for regulation of insurance. Next up it deals with evolution of regulation and its current form in conditions of Czech Republic's ambient and in the European Union. More detailed is description of the Solvency II project. The work also mentions the currently debated question about increases in capital requirements. |
