| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce popisuje účetní uzávěrku a závěrku, výklad je omezen na podnikatelské subjekty postupující podle české účetní legislativy. Nejprve jsou vyjmenovány právní předpisy upravující účetní uzávěrku a závěrku. Dále jsou rozebírány jednotlivé přípravné práce nezbytné pro zajištění správnosti a úplnosti účetních údajů. Následuje popis vlastní účetní závěrky, zejména účetních výkazů a dalších činností vážících se k tomuto tématu (ověřování účetní závěrky auditorem, zveřejňování účetní závěrky). Teorie je doplněna příklady účtování v konkrétním podniku. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis describes the Closing and the Financial Statements. The interpretation is limited to businesses acting in accordance with Czech accounting legislation. First are listed the laws governing the Closing and the Financial Statements. Further, it addresses the various preparatory work necessary to ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting data. Followed by a description of the Financial Statements, especially the Balance-sheet, the Income Statement and other activities related to this theme (verification of Financial Statements by auditor, publication of Financial Statements). Theory is supplemented by examples of accounts in the particular company. |
