| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je charakterizovat Směrnici 2004/39/ES EVROPSKÉHO PARLAMENTU A RADY z 21. dubna 2004 o trzích finančních nástrojů, o změně směrnice Rady 85/611/EHS a 93/6/EHS a Směrnice 2000/12/ES Evropského parlamentu a Rady a o zrušení Směrnice Rady 93/22/EHS se zaměřením na její dopad na český právní řád a změny v praxi kapitálového trhu. V práci vymezím působnost směrnice, charakterizuji jednotlivé změny Zákona o podnikání na kapitálovém trhu č.256/2004 Sb. a shrnu některé dopady na český kapitálový trh. |

| Abstract: | Aim of this work is to specify the EU direction DIRECTIVE 2004/39/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 21 April 2004 on markets in financial instruments amending Council Directives 85/611/EEC and 93/6/EEC and Directive 2000/12/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 93/22/EEC focusing on its impact on Czech legal system and changes in practice of capital market. In my thesis, I will define jurisdiction of the direction in my thesis, describe particular changes in the law of entrepreneurship in capital market no. 256/2006 and summarize some of the impacts upon Czech capital market. |
