| Abstract: | Bakalářské práce se zabývá plněním rozpočtu v časové řadě 2007 -- 2009 v oblasti příjmů a výdajů. Současně jsou zde popsána opatření způsobená finanční krizí. Práce je členěna na dvě části. V první, teoretické části, je objasnění pojmů vyplývající z této problematiky jako je např. postavení a působnost obce, rozpočtová skladba. Ve druhé, praktické části, je analyzován rozpočet města v časové řadě, a to nejprve v oblasti příjmů a následně v oblasti výdajů. Dále je zde analyzován dopad finanční krize na příjmy v posledních dvou letech. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor final paper is engaged in observance of budget within time series 2007 -- 2009 in the area of receipts and expenditures. The measures due to financial crisis are described here, too. The paper is structured into two parts. First part - theoretical - covers clarification of terms related to the issue, such as status and competence of municipality, budget composition etc. Second part - practical - analyses the municipal budget within the time series, firstly from the receipts, and then from the expenditures point of view. Further the impact of financial crisis to the receipts in recent two years is analysed here. |
