| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá financováním a vedením účetnictví v konkrétních podmínkách Ministerstva obrany České republiky. Je zde zmíněna obecná charakteristika organizační složky státu. Práce se zabývá rozpočtováním, plánováním a přerozdělováním peněžních prostředků v rámci Ministerstva obrany ČR, kde jsou popsány příjmy a výdaje. Dále popisuje fungování účetnictví v resortu Ministerstva obrany ČR a zmiňuje účetní pracoviště. Je zde popsána i finanční kontrola uplatňovaná v těchto konkrétních podmínkách. Poslední část je praktická a zabývá se rozpočty Ministerstva obrany ČR v letech 2006 až 2008. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis deals with finance and accounting within the Czech republic Ministry of Defence. In the first part of the thesis there is mentioned the general characteristic of budget organizations. The work deals with planning, budgeting and funds allocation within Czech Ministry of Defence where revenues and expenditures are described. Further the function and meaning of accounting within the Ministry of Defence is described here as well as accounting workplaces. There is also described the financial control applied in these conditions. The concluding part of the thisis has a practical character and it deals with budgeting of Ministry of Defence in 2006-2008. |
