| Abstract: | Práce pojednává o plnění rozpočtu města Jablonec nad Nisou v letech 2006 - 2008. Je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část pojednává o územních samosprávných celcích v České republice, jejich postavení, působnosti, hospodaření, orgánech, rozpočtu, mimorozpočtových fondech a v neposlední řadě také účetnictví. Praktická část je poté zaměřena na město Jablonec nad Nisou, jeho historii, současnost ale především plnění rozpočtu. |

| Abstract: | The work deals with the budget implementation of the town Jablonec nad Nisou in the years 2006 - 2008. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the local government bodies in the Czech Republic, their status, competency, budget management, authorities, budget, extra-budgetary funds, as well as accounting. The practical part is then focused on the city of Jablonec nad Nisou, its history, present and above all implementation of the budget. |
