| Abstract: | První část práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů motivace, motivace pracovního jednání a charakteristiku jednotlivých typů zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Ve druhé části práce analyzuje benefitové poukázky, zejména pak jejich využití v cestovním ruchu. V závěru je analýza doplněna o dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jaké poukázky zaměstnanci dostávají, příp. chtějí dostávat, kde je uplatňují a jaká je jejich informovanost o možnostech využití. |

| Abstract: | The first part of my bachelor's thesis focuses on the meaning of the terms motivation, job motivation and characteristics of different types of employee benefits. The second part analyzes benefits in the form of vouchers, especially their useage in tourism. In the end the analysis is completed by my own questionnaire survey. Its objective was to find out which vouchers employees get or which of them they would like to get, where the employees use the vouchers and the level of their knowledge in the sphere of voucher benefits and their usage. |
