| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zmapovat názory ekonomů v oblasti trhu s lidskými orgány a zjistit, zda je možné tvrdit, že ekonomové jsou zastánci uvolnění regulace na tomto trhu. V první části práce vymezuji způsob hodnocení názorů ekonomů a snažím se vypořádat s rozmanitostí názorů ekonomů a s problémy spojenými s interpretací jejich názorů. Druhá část obsahuje názory ekonomů podporující legalizaci trhu s lidskými orgány. Ve třetí části jsou názory proti legalizaci tohoto trhu. V závěrečné části práce vyvozuji ze dvou předchozích kapitol odpověď na otázku, zda jsou ekonomové pro legalizaci trhu s lidskými orgány. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to explore opinions of economists about the human organs market and to find out if is possible to say, that economists are protagonists of deregulation of this market. In the first part of my work I'm establishing methods of evaluation of economic opinions and I'm trying to deal with the diversity of opinions of economists and with the problems that are connected with interpretation of their opinions. The second part contains opinions of economists that are supporting legalization of the human organs market. The third part contains opinions against legalization of this market. Finally in the last part of my work I deduce the answer to the question, whether economists are protagonists of legalization of human organs market. |
