| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce "Intranet organizace a jeho náplň" pojednává dnes velmi aktuální téma týkající se oblasti intranetů a intranetových portálů. V dnešní době, kdy je k dispozici velmi mnoho informací se jejich vyhledávání stává pro zaměstnance složitější a časově náročnější. Tato neefektivita se může v současném velmi konkurenčním prostředí stát pro podnik nevýhodou, která ho dělí od úspěchu. Tato práce si bere za cíl čtenáři v uceleném pojetí představit intranet a díky popisu jeho vývoje ukázat nejnovější trendy. Dále vysvětluje výhody a náplň intranetu pro organizaci. Též se snaží pojednat o velmi aktuálních tématech týkajících se jeho návrhu a bezpečnosti. To vše je podpořeno praktickou částí, kde je analyzován intranet v konkrétní organizaci. Při této analýze je využíváno skutečností napsaných v teoretické části mé práce. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis, entitled "Intranet in the company and its function", deals with today's actual theme, which is related to the intranet and intranet portals. Nowadays, when a lot of information is available, searching for them becomes more complicated and time-consuming for employees. This is ineffective and in competitive environment it is disadvantage, which could mean a failure for the company. Main objective of this thesis is comprehensive introduction of intranet to the reader and to show him the latest trends by the description of its development. Next step is description of advantages and functions of intranet for the company. It also describes to treat about actual themes related to the projection and safety of intranet. This is strengthened in the practical part, where the analysis of intranet in a concrete company is made. In this analysis, facts written in the theoretical part are used. |
