| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce je výběr vhodného systému, podporujícího spolupráci a správu webového obsahu, pro potřeby určité komunity. Dílčím cílem je také nalézt takový způsob výběru řešení, který by mohl být aplikovatelný i v případě dalších srovnatelných komunit. V první části práce je provedena obecná analýza komunity, během které jsou určeni její aktéři a základní probíhající procesy. V druhé části je pak stručně popsána správa podnikového obsahu a vytvořen přehled jejích oblastí. Ve třetí části je zvolena a popsána metodika pro výběr vhodného řešení. Jsou určeny funkcionální požadavky na systém a další omezující podmínky. Speciální důraz je při tom kladen na funkcionalitu usnadňující spolupráci. Ve čtvrté části je pak tato metodika použita a s její pomocí je nalezeno vhodné řešení pro zpracovávanou komunitu. |

| Abstract: | The ultimate goal of this thesis is to choose appropriate system, supporting collaboration and web content management, for use by specific community. Another partial goal is to find a method for accessing solutions, which would apply in case of other comparable communities. Foremost the community is analyzed, during which we determine its actors and primary processes. In the second part, enterprise content management is briefly described and overview of its areas is made. In the third part of this thesis, methodology of choosing suitable solution is selected and described. Specific functional requirements on the system are established and also other constraints are established. Special emphasis is made on functionality supporting collaboration. And in the fourth part, this methodology is applied and a suitable solution for the community is found. |
