| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou implementace systému pro řízení vztahů se zákazníky a tvorbou Business Intelligence řešení v prostředí malé firmy s využitím open source nástrojů. Cílem práce je implementace CRM a BI řešení v malé společnosti a zhodnocení použitelnosti a vhodnosti podobných řešení. Práce popisuje základní stavební prvky těchto řešení a pro stanovení jednotlivých metrik využívá metodiku Balanced Scorecard. V další části práce je vytvořen návrh řešení Business Intelligence včetně tvorby datového modelu a OLAP kostek s jednotlivými open source komponentami. Teoretický základ práce je popsán v její první části. Jsou definovány základní pojmy z oblasti strategického řízení pomocí Balanced Scorecard, CRM systémů a řešení Business Intelligence. V práci je prakticky demonstrováno použití a tvorba celého BI řešení a jsou zhodnoceny i možné úskalí nasazení těchto produktů. Nad poskytnutými daty je vytvořen datový sklad a celé Business Intelligence řešení. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of customer relationship management and Business Intelligence solutions in the small business company using open source technologies. Main objective of the thesis is implementation of CRM and Business Intelligence and evaluation of usability of these solutions. Thesis describes basic elements of these solutions. For the setting up metrics is using Balanced Scorecard. In the next part of this thesis is designed the whole Business Intelligence including the creating of data model and OLAP cubes using open source technologies. Theoretical background is described in the first part of thesis. There are defined basic terms from scope of strategic management using Balanced Scorecard, CRM and Business Intelligence. Thesis demonstrates using and creation of the whole Business Intelligence solution. There are also evaluated difficulties in implementation of these products. In thesis is designed data warehouse and the whole solution including reports. |
