| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je posoudit a porovnat úspěšnost zavedení e-learningových pro-jektů v rámci akademické a komerční sféry. Hodnocení je zaměřeno převážně na kritické faktory zavedení e-learningu.V teoretické části byly definovány pojmy, které souvisí s e-learningem. Dále byly definovány kritické faktory zavedení e-learningu v oblasti vzdělávání firem a škol. O tyto faktory se opírá zpracování a výklad teoretické části. Dále byla představena strategie hodnocení e-learningových projektů a metodiky, které se zaměřují na hodnocení efektivity zavedení e-learningových projektů.Úkolem praktické části bylo provést průzkum na vysokých školách a ve firmách, které používají e-learning v procesu svého vzdělávání. Cílem bylo stanovit, nakolik jsou tyto organizace schopné poradit si s kritickými faktory zavedení. V závěru jsou shrnuty slabé a silné stránky implementace a provozování e-learningu v komerční a akademické sféře. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this work is to evaluate and compare implementation of e-learning projects in commercial and academical domains. The evaluation is based on critical factors of success of e-learning implementation.The theoretical part introduces us to e-learning by defining the terms. It also con-tains definitions of the critical factors of success of e-learning implementation at schools and companies. Those factors are the key basis for the evaluation in the practical part. The evaluation strategy was introduced and some main methods for e-learning effectiveness evaluation are described. The main goal of the practical part was to take a survey among schools and compa-nies where e-learning is implemented and used in the learning process. Based on the results of the survey, it was evaluated how successful were these companies and schools in dealing with the critical factors. In the conclusion part of the work, the weaknesses and strengths of implementa-tions in commercial and academic domains are described. |
