| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá konkurenčním zpravodajstvím (competitive intelligence - CI), které je v českých podmínkách relativně novou a neznámou, ale rozvíjející se disciplínou. Cílem práce je popsat konkurenční zpravodajství, jeho teoretické pozadí, koncepty, postupy a nástroje a ty pak ve vhodné míře aplikovat na vybraný segment českého hospodářství. Kapitoly 1, 2 a 3 se zabývají teoretickým pozadím konkurenčního zpravodajství a jeho začleněním do funkcí podniku. Ve 3. a 4. kapitole jsou popsány některé analytické metody a konkrétní postupy, které CI využívá. Nakonec v 6. kapitole je provedena analýza trhu s logistickými službami v ČR. |

| Abstract: | This thesis concerns Competitive intelligence, which is relatively new and unknown discipline in Czech republic, but despite this fact it is evolving very quickly. The goal of the thesis is to describe competitive intelligence, it's theoretical background, concepts, methods and tools and to apply them on chosen sector of czech economy. Chapters 1, 2 and 3 focus on theoretical background of competitive intelligence and it's place in company's structure. Chapters 3 and 4 describe some selected analytical methods and tools of CI. Finally the chapter number 6 analyses the market with logistics services in Czech republic. |
