| Abstract: | Tato práce se zaměřuje na implementaci systému SAP ERP, konkrétně jeho modulu na podporu řízení lidských zdrojů (HCM), do skutečné organizace. Jejím cílem je popsat úskalí, na která tato organizace narazila a navrhnout možná vylepšení procesu implementace tak, aby se tyto problémy již neopakovaly. V první části autor nastiňuje problematiku řízení lidských zdrojů a správy času zaměstnanců (docházky, absence atd.). Je zde popsána role HR oddělení ve společnosti, jak se vyvíjela, její činnosti a jak je nutné jí v dnešní době podporovat vhodným personálním informačním systémem. Ve druhé části je uveden stručný popis analyzované společnosti a důvody, které ji vedly k implementaci nového informačního systému a proč byl vybrán zrovna systém SAP ERP. Jsou zde také uvedeny procesy time managementu tak, jak probíhaly před implementací a jaké konkrétní změny v těchto procesech znamenalo zavedení nového systému. Ve třetí části je popsán systém SAP ERP a jeho HCM modul. Rozveden je také SAP NetWeaver Portal, který analyzovaná společnost implementovala. V poslední části se autor věnuje vlastní implementaci dle metodiky ASAP (metodika implementace produktů SAP vyvinutá přímo společností SAP AG). Tato část je rozdělena podle jednotlivých fází implementace. Každá z fází je popsána nejprve teoreticky a poté jsou vybrány a prakticky ukázány oblasti, které činily analyzované společnosti problémy. V závěru každé fáze autor shrnuje své poznatky a doporučení k řešení problémů, na něž analyzovaná společnost narazila. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on implementation of SAP ERP system, specifically its human capital management module (HCM), in a real organization. Its goal is to describe problems this organization had to face and suggest improvements so that these problems would not repeat. In the first part of the thesis, author gives an introduction to human resources and time management of the employees (attendances, absences etc.). The role of HR department in the organization, its evolution and tasks, and how it's important to support it with proper information system are described here. The second part is focused on the analyzed company, its brief description and the reasons, which led to the decision to implement a new information system and why SAP ERP was chosen. Also time management processes are described, the way they worked before the implementation and how they changed because of the new system. The third part describes SAP ERP system and its HCM module. Also the SAP NetWeaver Portal, which was implemented by the analyzed company, is introduced. In the last part, author follows the implementation itself. This part is divided according to phases in the ASAP roadmap (SAP's own methodology of implementing SAP products). Each phase is explained theoretically and then certain areas, in which the analyzed company had problems, are described. At the end of each phase author sums his findings and suggestions on how to solve the problems analyzed company had. |
