| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice zneužívání firemní výpočetní techniky ze strany zaměstnanců. Konkrétně popisuje faktory ovlivňující zneužívání výpočetní techniky, jednotlivé způsoby jejího zneužívání i ochrany proti jejímu zneužívání, dopady na zaměstnavatele a související právní normy. Dále jsou v práci nastíněny možné způsoby kontroly zaměstnanců a jejich postihu za zneužívání výpočetní techniky. Práce se snaží poskytnout některá doporučení v oblasti regulace nakládání s výpočetní technikou ve firmách a také odhad budoucího vývoje. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with problems of misusing of company computers by employees. Specifically describes the factors affecting computers misuse, various forms of its misuse and protections against its misuse, the impact on employers and related regulations. The thesis also outlines possible ways how to control employees and penalties for computer misuse. Thesis tries to provide some recommendations for regulation of using of company computers and also an estimation of future development. |
