| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na srovnání dvou energetických burz: Power Exchange Central Europe, a.s a European Energy Exchange AG. Práce je rozdělena do tří oddílů. V první a druhé části shrnuji chod na jednotlivých burzách. Třetí část je srovnání obou burz členěné do několika částí: obecné porovnání, srovnání pravomocí, práv a povinností tvůrců trhu, produktů, systému obchodování a zúčtování a na závěr srovnání systémů řízení rizik. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor's Thesis focuses on the comparision of two energy exchanges: Power Exchange Central Europe, a.s and European Energy Exchange AG. The Thesis is devided into three parts. The first and the second parts describe the principles of both energy exchanges. The third part deals with the comparision of exchanges in several sections: a general comparision, the differences between the competences, rights and duties of marketmakers, products, trading system, settlement system and, finally, a comparison of the systems of risk management. |
