| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá zdaněním výher z loterií aj. podobných her. Zdanění výher se stává stále častějším tématem k diskuzi. V ČR jsou to hlavně provozovatelé hazardních her, na koho je uvalena daň. Většina příjmů z her je osvobozena, ale existují i příjmy zdanitelné. Cílem práce je podat ucelený přehled o zdanění výher, včetně výher z her neupravených zákonem o loteriích. V práci nechybí interpretace zákona o loteriích nebo aktuální informace o hazardu. Práce podrobně popisuje poker od jeho historie až po aktuální zdanění. |

| Abstract: | This work deals with the taxation of winnings from lotteries, etc. such games. Taxation is often discussed. The main supplier of gambling is taxed in the Czech Republic. The Czech republic is a major operator of gambling. Most of the revenue from gaming is free, but there are also taxable income. The goal is to provide an exhaustive overview of Taxation wins, including wins from games not covered by the law on lotteries. The work missing interpretation of the Law on Lotteries and current information about gambling. Work describes in detail the poker from its history to the current taxation. |
