| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s historií a základní teorií důchodového zabezpečení, dále nastínit současný stav důchodového systému ČR v návaznosti na jeho chystanou reformu a charakterizovat důchodové systémy čtyř vybraných zemí. Dalším záměrem je vzájemně porovnat jedenáct nejvyspělejších penzijních soustav světa a na základě výsledku tohoto srovnání stanovit vhodnou předlohu pro chystaná reformní opatření v ČR. |

Another objective is to compare eleven most developed pension systems in the world and choose an appropriate pattern for the forthcoming Czech pension reform. |
