| Abstract: | Tato práce pojednává o postkontraktačním chování vybraných městských úřadů. Jejím základem je sběr dat o proběhlých veřejných zakázkách a porovnání jejich konečných hodnot s vysoutěženými, zejména pak konečné ceny, termínu dokončení a předmětu uzavřených dodatků. Závěrem celé práce je fakt, že celý systém veřejných zakázek by měl být transparentnější, jak s ohledem na poskytování informací, tak na celkový průběh řízení, neboť existují poměrně četné rozdíly mezi přístupem jednotlivých úřadů k zakázkám a tudíž i dosahovaných výsledků. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with a post-contracting behaviour of selected minucipalities. It is based on data collection of the different tenders, which have already been finished and comparison of the final components such as final price, completion date and any additions to the contract as opposed to the ones outlined in the original agreement. The conclusion of this thesis suggests the system of public procurements to be more transpartent not only when it comes to providing information but also throughout the process of contracting. Each council (municipality) approaches tenders differently hence, the variations in final results. |
