| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zkoumá interní i externí komunikaci organizace a dává odpověď na to, jaké informační technologie slouží k její podpoře. Zjišťuje také, jaký vliv mají IT a softwarové prostředky na tyto formy komunikace. Praktická část je zaměřena na Městský úřad Rakovník, na jeho komunikaci uvnitř úřadu a na komunikaci s občany. V této části diplomová práce odpovídá na to, jaké IT a softwarové prostředky podporují interní a vnější komunikaci ve veřejné správě a jaké konkrétně jsou používány pro její podporu na Městském úřadu Rakovník. Dále se zaměřuje na identifikaci těchto prostředků, analyzování jejich využívání a spokojenosti s nimi a navrhuje možné zlepšení komunikace MěÚ Rakovník uvnitř i s okolím. |

| Abstract: | Firstly the thesis examines the communication within the organization and external communication and gives the answer to which information technology is used for its support. It also detects what impact these IT and software resources have for these types of communication. Secondly the application part is focused on the Municipality of Rakovník and communication within the organization and how to communicate with citizens. The thesis answers the question, which IT equipment and software support internal and external communication in the organization and which of them are specifically used for the support at the Municipality of Rakovník. It also focuses on identifying those funds and suggests the possibilities how to improve communication within the Rakovník Town Hall and with the public. |
