| Abstract: | Obsahem této bakalářské práce je provedení finanční analýzy společnosti COM-TIP, s.r.o. za léta 2007 a 2008. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části -- teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám finanční analýzou obecně, jejím předmětem a účelem, zdroji informací, uživateli, metodami a jednotlivými ukazateli. V praktické části aplikuji tyto poznatky na konkrétní firmu COM-TIP, s.r.o., kde se věnuji analýze účetních výkazů, ukazatelům rentability, likvidity a solventnosti. Nakonec zhodnotím finanční zdraví podniku na základě scoringového modelu. V závěru jsou shrnuty všechny získané informace a zhodnocení celkové finanční situace podniku. |

| Abstract: | The content of this bachelor thesis is to undertake a financial analysis of COM-TIP,s.r.o. for the years 2007 and 2008. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the financial analysis in general, its object and purpose, sources of information, users, methods and individual indicators. This theoretical knowledge is applied on particular company COM-TIP, s.r.o. in practical part, which provides an analysis of accounts, indicators of profitability, liquidity and solvency. Finally, I appraise the financial health of the firm based on scoring model. The conclusion summarizes all information obtained as evaluating the overall financial situation. |
