| Abstract: | Má diplomová práce pojednává o sociálním systému organizace a jeho kvalitě. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části popisuji obecné aspekty organizace jako systému sociálních vztahů. Nabízím malý náhled na vývoj organizace jako sociálního systému v čase a stručný přehled ukazatelů a nástrojů pro měření kvality systému sociálních vztahů. V praktické části jsem uplatnil teoretické poznatky a ověřoval je v praxi. Nejvýznamnější ukazatele jsem pro svou práci zvolil sociální hodnoty a normy, organizační etiku a sociální klima, pomocí kterých jsem kvalitu sociálních vztahů měřil. |

| Abstract: | My thesis is dealing with the social system of an organisation and its quality. It is divided in the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I describe general aspects of an organisation concerning it a system of social relationships. I look at the development of an organisation in the course of time and I make an overview of the indicators and instruments used for measuring the system's quality. I applied my theoretical knowledge in the practical part. I measured the quality of social relationships with the indicators as social values and standards, corporate ethics and social climate. I consider them the most important in my thesis. |
