| Abstract: | Účelem této diplomové práce je aplikace jak obecně závazných právních norem, tak i zvláštních účetních a daňových předpisů na oblast operativního a finančního leasingu, a to jak z pohledu nájemce, tak i pronajímatele. Hlavním cílem je komplexně seznámit čtenáře s touto problematikou, poskytnout tak o ní ucelený přehled a poukázat na vybrané problémy, které se v současné leasingové praxi vyskytují. |

Its key purpose is to familiarize the reader with this area, provide a comprehensive information background and comment on the key issues, which currently appear in practise. |
