| Abstract: | Cílem práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty společnosti KOH-I-NOOR HARDTMUTH a.s. z veřejně přístupných informací z pohledu nespecifikovaného kupujícího. Finanční a strategická analýza byly zpracovány na základě údajů o podniku za roky 2005 -- 2009. Ze závěrů analýz byl sestaven finanční plán na nejbližších 5 let. Protože podnik splňuje předpoklad tzv. going concern princip, byla výsledná hodnota vlastního kapitálu určena výnosovými metodami; metodou diskontovaných peněžních toků a kapitalizovaných čistých výnosů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company KOH-I-NOOR HARDTMUTH a.s. from publicly available information from the perspektive of an unspecified buyer. Financial and strategic analysis were made on the basis of the company data for 2005 -- 2009. Based on the coclusion of the analysis was set the financial plan for the next 5 years. Because the firm meets the assumption of so-called going concern principle, the resulting equity value was determined by income based methods, discounted cash flow and net income capitalized. |
