| Abstract: | Vysoká škola při zabezpečování kvality vzdělávání potřebuje zjišťovat míru naplnění potřeb zákazníků. Proto potřebuje vysoká škola získávat zpětnou vazbu o hodnocení výuky ze strany studentů v rámci systematického vyhodnocování kvality výuky a jejího zabezpečování. Diplomová práce se nejprve věnuje zkoumání současného stavu problematiky v teorii. Cílem studia teoretického zázemí problematiky je poskytnout odrazový můstek pro další zkoumání problému v konkrétním prostředí. Výstupem zkoumání je proto přehled současného stavu problematiky v České republice a možnosti dalšího vývoje. Dále se práce věnuje zmapování a popisu současného snažení v prostředí Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. V rámci práce je také provedeno a vyhodnoceno vlastní výzkumné šetření mezi studenty fakulty na téma hodnocení kvality výuky studenty. Práce na základě těchto analýz a zjištění shrnuje doporučení v řešené problematice včetně návrhů na úpravu informačního systému školy. Dalším podkladem pro tato doporučení jsou zkušenosti z okolního prostředí. Hlavním přínosem je návrh strategické mapy, který obsahuje nosné prvky problematiky zasazené do strategických cílů instituce. Závěrečné doporučení práce je tak komplexním shrnutím kroků nutných pro efektivní zabezpečování kvality vzdělávání v prostředí školy. |

| Abstract: | University in providing quality education needs to determine degree of fulfilment of customer needs. Therefore, the college needs to collect feedback on teaching evaluation by students in a systematic evaluation of teaching quality and its assurance. This thesis first looks at examining the current state of the problem in theory. The goal of the theoretical background of the problem is to provide a facilitator for further studying the problem in a particular situation. The output of the study is therefore an overview of the current state of problems in the Czech Republic and development opportunities. The next step is to map and description of current efforts in the system of the University of Economics, Prague. The work also carried out and evaluates own research among students of the faculty on student quality assessment of education. Work on the basis of these findings and analysis summarizes the recommendations in the issues under consideration, including proposals to modify the information system of the school. Another basis for these recommendations is the experiences of other universities. The main contribution is the proposal of the strategic map, which contains the structural elements of the problems embedded in the institution's strategic goals. The final recommendations of this work are a comprehensive summary of the steps necessary for the effective quality assurance of education in a school. |
