| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabýva vlivem finanční a hospodářské krize na výkonnosti vybraných fondů z nabídky společnosti Conseq. Vymezuje historii kolektivního investování. Definuje význam a charakteristické rysy kolektivního investování. Práce se snaží především o analýzu vybraných akciových, dluhopisovyých a smíšených fondů. Je uveden výpočet pomocí modelového příkladu na základě pravidelné nebo jednorázové investice. Cílem práce je poukázat na reálné dopady finanční a hospodářské krize pro drobného investora a nastínit, jakým způsobem se projeví náhlý propad v dlouhodobém hledisku na hodnotu majetku. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the influence of financial and economic crisis on the performance of selected funds from the offer of Conseq company. It defines history of collective investment and the scope and characteristic features of collective investment. The thesis primarily aims to analyze the selected stock, bond and mixed funds. There is given an example calculation using model based on regular or single investments. The aim is to point out the real impacts of financial and economic crisis for small investors and to outline how the sudden fall in the long run related to the value of the property will be shown. |
