| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou neschopnosti splácet závazky na českém pojistném trhu. První část je zaměřena na základní charakteristiku a úvod do tohoto tématu. Prostor dále dostává pojišťovna Cardif Pro Vita, a. s. se svými základními produkty a hlavně charakteristikou produktu neschopnosti splácet závazky. Velkou pozornost zde věnuji i výlukám z pojištění. V mé práci jsou zahrnuty také pojišťovny působící na českém pojistném trhu, které nabízejí tento produkt. Na závěr vše uvádím na modelové situaci vybrané pojišťovny. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the inability to pay up debt on the Czech insurance companies market. The first part provides a general introduction to the topic and basic terms. Then, the thesis moves on to discuss a particular insurance company -- Cardif Pro Vita, Inc., its major products and, in particular, their product offered to clients who are unable to pay up. The thesis also focuses on exclusions and the insurance companies offering this product on the Czech market. The last part of the thesis provides an illustrative example, using the situation in the chosen insurance company as a model. |
