| Abstract: | Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou inštitucionálneho usporiadania regulácie a dohľadu v Českej republike a na úrovni Európskej únie a postupnou integráciou regulácie a dohľadu v rámci Európskej únie. Prvé dve teoretické časti sú venované vymedzeniu základných pojmov, všeobecne integrácií dohľadu a argumentom pre a proti integrácií. Tretia časť detailne pojednáva o vývoji a procese integrácie regulácie a dohľadu v Českej republike. Štvrtá časť sa komplexne venuje novému rámcu dohľadu na európskej úrovni, s bližším zameraním na štyri nové dohľadové inštitúcie. |

| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou institucionálního uspořádání regulace a dohledu v České republice a na úrovni Evropské unie a postupnou integrací regulace a dohledu v rámci Evropské unie. První dvě teoretické části jsou věnovány vymezení základních pojmů, obecně integraci dohledu a argumentem pro a proti integraci. Třetí část detailně pojednává o vývoji a procesu integrace regulace a dohledu v České republice. Čtvrtá část se komplexně věnuje novému rámci dohledu na evropské úrovni, s bližším zaměřením na čtyři nové dohledové instituce. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis focuses on the institutional organization of the regulation and supervision in the Czech Republic and European Union level and progressive integration of regulation and supervision within the frame of European Union. The first two theoretical sections are devoted to defining the basic concepts, general supervision and integration, and comcer with the arguments for and against integration. The third section discusses in detail the development and integration process of regulation and supervision in the Czech Republic. The fourth section is devoted to a comprehensive new framework of supervision at European level, with a stronger focus on four new monitoring institutions. |
