| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je "Očekávaný vývoj Basilejské dohody". Práce si klade za cíl popis a srovnání jednotlivých vývojových etap Basilejských dohod, které hrají klíčovou roli v oblasti bankovní regulace. U každé z dohod jsou vymezeny její charakteristické prvky. Práce je podpořena analýzami dopadů a kritikami z řad odborné veřejnosti i samotného Basilejského výboru pro bankovní dohled. Popsán je implementační proces pravidel do národních legislativ. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this work is the "Expected development of the Basel Accors". The work aims at the description and comparison of different developmental stages of the Basel agreements, which play a key role in banking regulation. The characteristic features are defined for each of the accords. The work is supported by analysis of the impact and criticism from the professionals and the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. There is described the implementation process of the rules into national legislation |
