| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce podrobně seznámí čtenáře s problematikou migrace českých lékařů do zahraničí. Jedná se o teoreticko-empirickou studii, jejímž hlavním přínosem bude zjištění migračního potenciálu lékařů v Libereckém kraji. Tato práce si dává za cíl zanalyzovat, zda jsou obavy z budoucího nedostatku lékařského personálu v České republice oprávněné. Cíle bude dosaženo metodou dotazníkového šetření napříč všemi specializacemi v tomto specifickém segmentu ekonomiky. Po vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie každoročně dramaticky stoupá počet českých lékařů, kteří odejdou za lepšími pracovními podmínkami do jiného členského státu. Alarmující také je, že se na rostoucích číslech stále více podílejí čerství absolventi lékařských fakult. Výsledek dotazníkového šetření nám ukáže v jakém měřítku a z jakých důvodů uvažují čeští lékaři z vybraného kraje o odchodu do zahraničí. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis introduces the problematic of Czech doctor's migration. Principal asset of the study is to determine the potential migration of doctors in the region of Liberec by using both theoretical and empirical tools. The aim of the work is to analyze whether a fear of future shortages of medical personnel in the Czech Republic is justified. The target will be achieved by using a questionnaire survey across all areas of specialization in this particular segment of the economy. Since the Czech Republic entered into the European Union, the number of Czech doctors, who leave the country and search for better working conditions in other member states, has been increasing dramatically year after year. The alarming thing is that the fastest growth of doctor's migration has been recorded among recent graduates of medical faculties. Results of survey show us the level of Czech doctors from selected region considering working abroad. |
