| Abstract: | Ve své práci charakterizuju tabákový průmysl na základě finanční analýzy provedené na vybraných evropských společnostech, které spadají do tohoto výrobního odvětví podle databáze Amadeus. Popisuji tabákový průmysl, jeho finanční minulost a předpokládaný vývoj na základě údajů a hodnot ukazatelů rentability, aktivity, likvidity, zadluženosti a stability. Porovnávám tyto společnosti mezi sebou a ve vztahu k celkovému průměru všech těchto firem tabákového průmyslu. Také píšu o založení a rozvoji tabákového průmyslu především historii společnosti Philip Morris ve světě a v České republice. |

| Abstract: | I characterize in my work the tobacco industry on the base of the financial analysis carried out in the selected European companies, which are part of the industry according to the Amadeus database. I describe the tobacco industry, its financial history and supposed development based on data and values indicators of profitability, activity, liquidity, stability and indebtedness. I compare these companies among themselves and towards the total average of all companies of tobacco industry. I write down the establishment and development of the tobacco industry above all the history of the Philip Morris company in the world and in the Czech Republic. |
