| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem investičních pobídek na území české republiky. Konkrétně analyzuje alokační funkci investičních pobídek při plnění jednoho z jejich určených cílů. Tím je nejen smazávání rozdílu mezi hospodářskou vyspělostí jednotlivých regionů České republiky, ale i snižování úrovně průměrné nezaměstnanosti těchto regionů. Ve sledovaném období 2000-2007 byly legislativně stanoveny hranice určující strop veřejné podpory dle výše průměrné nezaměstnanosti v kraji tak, že se kraje pomyslně dělily do čtyř jednotlivých skupin. V první části analýzy je pomocí nich zmapován průběh přílivu investic do konkrétních krajů a porovnán s možnou výší veřejné podpory skupiny, do které kraj spadá. V druhé části analýzy jsou jako reprezentativní vzorky zvoleny čtyři nejčastěji a čtyři nejméně často vyhledávané kraje, u nichž jsou porovnávány vybrané faktory, které mohou mít vliv při rozhodování investorů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with investment incentives in the Czech Republic. Specifically, analyzes the allocation function of investment incentives in the performance of one of their objectives. Not only erasure of the difference between the economic development of regions of the Czech Republic, but reducing the average level of unemployment in these regions as well. In the period 2000-2007 were the frontiers set down by law determining the ceiling limits of public support as above average unemployment in the region so that the regions were notionally divided into four different groups. In the first part of the analysis is (with the aid of these groups) observed inflow of investments in specific regions and compared with the possible amount of public support for the group to which the county belongs. In the second part of the analysis are the four most frequented and the four least frequented regions chosen as representative samples, which are compared by selected factors that may affect the investor`s decisions. |
