| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to suggest the best locality in the CEE region for a prospective investment in wind farms for an undisclosed Czech company. This goal is to be achieved by comparison of generic projects that have the same technical specification, capital expenditures and operating expenses. These projects are investigated from different perspectives including wind conditions, financing terms, technology constraints and mainly the legal aspects of each respective country -- namely the regulatory environment for wind power-offtake either feed-in tariff or green certificate support schemes. The NPV of FCF and IRR (MIRR) are to be used for evaluation of these projects. Sensitivity analysis for key drivers will complement prior assumptions. |

| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je navrhnout nejlepší lokalitu v regionu střední a východní Evropy pro investici do větrných projektů. Rozhodování bude založeno na porovnání generických projektů, které mají stejné technické charakteristiky, kapitálové a operační náklady. Tyto projekty jsou zkoumány z různých pohledů zahrnujících větrné podmínky, finanční podmínky, technologická omezení a hlavně právní aspekty každé země - zejména regulační prostředí pro podporu větrné energie. Jedná se buď o Feed-in-Tarif nebo o Obchodovatelné Zelené Certifikáty. NPV FCF a IRR (resp. MIRR) budou použity pro vyhodnocení těchto projektů. Analýza citlivosti pro klíčové drivery doplní předpoklady projektu. |
