| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá tématem outsourcingu, jako nástroj k optimalizaci nákladů veřejné služby. Definuje a popisuje outsourcing, jeho zavádění, výhody a nevýhody. Předmětem této práce je zhodnotit, zda je danou veřejnou službu, péče o městskou zeleň, vhodné z hlediska optimalizace nákladů outsourcovat. Praktická část obsahuje zhodnocení outsouringu u konkrétní firmy, vlastněné městem. |

Object of this study is to evaluate whether the public service, care for urban greenery, suitable in terms of cost optimization outsource. The partical part includes an assessment of outsourcing and a specific company, owned by the city. |
