| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce bylo vytvořit teoretickou základnu pro následné praktické posouzení situace společnosti Sellier & Bellot, a.s. z bankovního pohledu. V praktické části jsem se snažila zhodnotit postavení společnosti pomocí bankrotních modelů, především pomocí Altmanova modelu a indexů IN. Dále zhodnotit stav situace společnosti pomocí poměrových ukazatelů. Nejprve pomocí ukazatelů likvidity, poté pomocí ukazatelů zadluženosti, dále pomocí ukazatelů aktivity a nakonec pomocí ukazatelů rentability. V závěru práce je také proveden rozlad Du Pont, který sice banky nevyužívají, ale jeho přínos je jistě značný. Na základě všech těchto ukazatelů bych chtěla zjistit, zda by mohla společnost Sellier & Bellot, a.s. být pro banky vhodným a úspěšným kandidátem na získání úvěru. |
