Abstract:	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocení dopadů produktu Globální úvěr Evropské investiční banky na ekonomiku České republiky. Diplomová práce se v první části zabývá obecnou charakteristikou Evropské investiční banky a možnostmi financování z jejích zdrojů. Ve druhé části je definována Česká spořitelna z pohledu zprostředkovatele programu Globální úvěr. Ve třetí části je zpracována analýza programu Globální úvěr Evropské investiční banky z hlediska dílčích podmínek stanovených Evropskou komisí a zároveň obsahuje jejich komparaci s podmínkami Evropské investiční banky. V poslední kapitole Diplomové práce jsou vyhodnoceny dopady programu na klienty ČS a kvantifikován vliv na Hrubý domácí produkt České republiky.

Abstract:	The Thesis describes effects of the Global loan programme of the European Investment Bank on the economy of the Czech Republic. There is a general characteristic of the European Investment Bank and its financing possibilities in the first part. In the second part, there is a description of Ceska sporitelna as an intermediator of the Global loan programme. In the third part, the analysis of the European investment bank's Global loan programme from the view of the sub-conditions determined by European commission is made and also includes their comparison with conditions specified by European investment bank. In the last part the evaluation of the effects on the GDP of the Czech Republic and on the clients the ultimate receiver of the support is performed.
