| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá způsoby prodeje pojistných produktů a především pojišťovacími zprostředkovateli, kteří jsou v ČR nejvýznamnějším distribučním kanálem. Analyzována je stávající legislativa i její možný budoucí vývoj. Kromě teoretického pojetí jsou v závěru zkoumány konkrétní požadavky klientů pojišťoven v oblasti prodeje pojištění. |

The work analyses current legislation and its future development. At the conclusion there are investigated specific requirements of insurance clients. |
