| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat finanční a strategickou analýzu společnosti Koh-i-noor Hardtmuth, a.s. a připravit tak dostatečnou informační základnu pro tvorbu finančního plánu a stanovení výsledné hodnoty společnosti ke dni 31.12.2008. První část práce obsahuje stručný popis společnosti. Následuje finanční analýza, která potvrdila velmi dobré finanční zdraví podniku. Třetí kapitola se zabývá strategickou analýzou, hodnocen je jak relevantní trh, tak i šance a rizika samotné společnosti. Výstupem třetí kapitoly je předpokládaný vývoj tržeb společnosti v několika scénářích. |

| Abstract: | The final thesis focuses on strategic and financial analysis of the Koh-i-noor Hardtmuth, a.s. providing relevant information for financial plan and final evaluation of the company. The first part of the thesis briefly describes the company. The following part focuses on financial performance of the company, whilst the third part rates the propriate market as well as risks and opportunities of the company. The conclusion of the final thesis comprises three different income scenarios. |
