| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá středním vzděláváním, konkrétně v hl. m. Praze. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, zda absolventi středních škol nacházejí uplatnění na trhu práce v Praze. Dokument je rozdělen do čtyř kapitol, první vysvětluje pojem vzdělávání, jeho strukturu a legislativní úpravu. Druhá kapitola se zabývá středním vzděláváním v České republice, třetí kapitola konkretizuje střední vzdělání v hl. m. Praze se zaměřením na absolventy středních škol. Čtvrtá kapitola charakterizuje trh práce v Praze a analyzuje naplnění trhu práce absolventů. Závěr se zabývá otázkami, které byly položeny v úvodu, a naplněním cílů bakalářské práce. Bakalářská práce je zpracována na základě dat z Českého statistického úřadu, Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy, Ústavu pro informace ve vzdělávání, Národního ústav odborného vzdělávání, Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí a krajských ročenek. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the secondary education, specifically in the capital of the Czech Republic -- In Prague. The main aim is to discover whether the secondary school leavers find good position for their career on the employment market in Prague. The document is divided into four chapters. The first explains the term education, its structure and legislative background. The second chapter considers the secondary education in the Czech Republic in general and the third specifies the secondary education in Prague with the intention of the secondary school graduates. The fourth chapter defines the labour market in Prague and analyses the impletion of the employment market by the graduates. The conclusion deals with the questions which were asked in the introduction of the paper and summarizes whether all the aims of the work were fulfilled. The thesis is prepared on the basis of data from the Czech Statistical Office, Ministry of Education, Institute for Information on Education, National Institute of Technical and Vocational Education, Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and county yearbooks. |
