| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá souhrnnou produktivitou faktorů a možnostmi jejího výpočtu. Cílem práce je nejprve teoreticky popsat princip souhrnné produktivity faktorů a následně s použitím dostupných dat aplikovat možnosti propočtu při uvažování odpracovaných hodin i počtu zaměstnanců jako jednoho ze vstupů a najít výhody a nevýhody pro volbu vhodných vstupů. Dále chci ukázat tento propočet přímou a nepřímou metodou a v závěru tyto metody zhodnotit a porovnat. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with total factor productivity and ways of its calculation.The first goal is describing theoretically the principles of total factor productivity and what it reflects. Subsequently the work uses the data available to test the ways of calculation while considering the hours worked and number of employees as an input. The thesis then names the advantages and disadvantages of individual kinds of input and further shows the calculation of direct and indirect method, comparing and assessing the two methods at the end. |
