| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je určit pozitiva a negativa lokalizace vybraných firem v daném regionu a to ve dvou směrech - ve vztahu působení firmy na region a ve vztahu působení regionu na firmu. Její součástí je podrobná charakteristika firem Preciosa a Jablonex, jež obě sídlí nebo sídlily v Libereckém kraji. Práce tudíž obsahuje i komplexní charakteristiku Libereckého kraje. Popsány jsou i dějiny bižuterního i sklářského průmyslu, jímž se obě firmy přímo či nepřímo zabývají nebo zabývaly. Vše z hlediska ekonomických, sociálních a environmentálních aspektů. Práce reprezentuje progresivní přístup regionální vědy označovaný jako "territorial impact assessment". |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to establish positive and negative aspects of localization of chosen companies in given region say in two ways -- in relationship in which company influences the region and in relationship in which region influences the company. One part of the thesis contains detailed characteristics of the companies Preciosa and Jablonex, both settled in the Liberec district. There is also described history of the industry of (costume) jewellery and of glass industry in which both companies are engaged. In all of that from the economical, social and environmental point of view. This bachelor thesis also represents progressive approach of the regional science also knows as "territorial impact assessment". |
