| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hospodaření obecně prospěšných společností a občanských sdružení, které patří do neziskového sektoru. Neziskové subjekty jsou charakteristické tím, že jejich primárním úkolem není vytvářet zisk, ale poskytovat služby, které není schopen poskytnout trh. Obecně prospěšné společnosti i občanská sdružení mají specifika v metodách a postupech účtování, i ve způsobu financování a řídí se speciálními zákony. V bakalářské práci je uvedena analýza hospodaření obecně prospěšné společnosti Horská služba ČR v letech 2007 -- 2009, kde jsou specifika účetnictví a financování popsána. Dále je uvedena analýza hospodaření občanského sdružení Horská služba ČR, které doplňuje činnost obecně prospěšné společnosti a sdružuje dobrovolné záchranáře. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis concentrates on the management of beneficiary societies and unincorporated associations who belong to the non-profit sphere. The non-profitable subjects are distinguished by their purpose. They are not primarily oriented to make profit but to render services which are not available on the market. Beneficiary societies and unincorporated associations apply special accounting methods and principles and follow special laws. The bachelor's thesis presents the analysis of the management of the beneficiary society Mountain Guard of the Czech Republic within the period of 2007-2009 with the description of the specific accounting procedures and financing. Further on, it contains the analysis of the management of the unincorporated association Mountain Guard of the Czech Republic who supplements the activities of the beneficiary society and assembles voluntary rescuers. |
