| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámení s různými druhy eventů, podrobný popis průběhu od jejich samotného počátku až po závěrečné zhodnocení založený na vlastních zkušenostech i na předepsaných pravidlech. V praktické části se zaměřím na průběh a organizaci dvou reálných akcí - firemní konference a filmového festivalu. Práce diskutuje průběh obou akcí, jejich úspěchy a neúspěchy a také rozebírá jednotlivé rozdíly. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to introduce different types of events and present detailed description of the process from the preparation in beginning to final evaluation, based both on personal experience as well as existing industry standards. Practical part focuses on preparation and progress of two different-sized events - a conference and a film festival. Both events are thoroughly discussed at every stage and final comparison of the two is presented. |
