| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o tom, co nejvíce motivuje učitele ze dvou základních škol. Teoretická část se nejprve zabývá motivací obecně, motivací učitelů a také stimulací. V metodologické části je popsán výzkum v podobě dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky šetření a jejich interpretace. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, co nejvíce motivuje učitele ze dvou sledovaných základních škol při výkonu jejich práce s ohledem na prostředí těchto škol, a výsledky z jednotlivých škol porovnat. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the most motivation of the teachers from two elementary schools. The theoretical part is mainly concerned with motivation in general, but teachers' motivation and stimulation is also consulted. The research in the form of a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews is described in the methodology part of the paper. The practical part contains the investigations results and their interpretation. The aim of the thesis is to determine what most motivates teachers from two monitored elementary schools to perform their job with respect to the environment in these schools. The results of the survey in the two individual schools are compared. |
