| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu "Ekonomické a kulturní zhodnocení procesu revitalizace panelových sídlišť v ČR." Stručně charakterizuje rozvoj panelových sídlišť na našem území. Revitalizace je proces obnovy panelových sídlišť. Snažila jsem se co nejlépe popsat revitalizaci z pohledu státu, obcí a majitelů. V práci se zabývám financováním a rozsahem oprav panelových domů. Závěrečná část popisuje dva odlišné přístupy k revitalizaci Prahy 6 a Prahy 11, nabízí inspiraci pro nové přístupy a hodnotí charakter revitalizace. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on "Economic and cultural evaluation of revitalization process of prefabricated housing estates in the country." I briefly describe the development of housing estates in ČR. Revitalization is a process of renewal of housing estates. I tried to describe this process from the perspective of the state, municipalities and owners. The work deals with the financing and the extent of repair of prefabricated buildings. The final section describes two different approaches to the revitalization of Prague 6 and Prague 11, provides inspiration for new approaches and assesses the character of revitalization. |
