| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá životním stylem a dopady jeho změn do cestovního ruchu. Klade si za cíl přiblížit měnící se trend v oblasti životního stylu, výživy a wellness směrem ke zdraví. Teoretická část objasňuje pojem životní styl, charakterizuje koncept wellness a světové trendy v oblasti wellness, představuje alternativní metody, terapie a wellness služby. Dále se zabývá problematikou výživy a alternativních výživových stylů a seznamuje s některými výsledky Světového šetření o zdraví v ČR. Praktická část analyzuje změny životního stylu. Hlavní součástí práce je vlastní empirický výzkum preferencí české populace v oblasti životního stylu, který je založen na dotazníkovém šetření. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyse lifestyle changes and their impact on tourism. Goal to zoom in on the changing trend in the area of lifestyle, nutrition and wellness toward health. The theoretical part explains the lifestyle as a term and characterizes the wellness concept and worldwide trends in the field of wellness. It also represents the alternative methods, therapies and wellness services. It also deals with the problems of nutrition and nutritional alternative styles and introduces some of the results of the World Health Survey in the Czech Republic. The main part of the thesis includes own research on the preferences of the Czech population in the area of lifestyle, which is based on a questionnaire. |
