Výstupem práce je přehled oblastí, které jsou pro zaměstnance motivující, spravedlivé, transparentní, a které nikoliv. Součástí práce je také návrh opatření zaměřených na problémové oblasti. |

The output of the diploma thesis is summary of areas which are motivated, reasonable and transparent for employees or not. As a part of the diploma thesis are improvement suggestions which are focus on problematical areas. |
