| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na teoretické aspekty rodinného podnikání a praktické fungování rodinných podniků v České republice. Zabývá se historickými kořeny a významem rodinného podnikání. Popisuje specifika rodinného podnikání, jeho výhody a nevýhody, upozorňuje na problémy, které se v rodinných podnicích vyskytují. Analyzuje odolnost rodinných podniků v době hospodářské recese a budoucí perspektivy rodinného podnikání v ČR. Praktická část práce obsahuje čtyři případové studie českých rodinných podniků. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focus on the theoretical aspects of family enterprising and running a family business in the Czech Republic. The first part deals with the history of family enterprising and the importance of family businesses in the economy and society. This part also describes the specificity of family firms, advantages and diadvantages and common problems in family-owned business. The theoretical part of the thesis also analyse the stability of the family firms in recession and the challenges of a family business in Czech Republic. The second part of the thesis contains four czech family firms' case studies. |
